ضوابط الحوار في الفکر الإسلامي منهجا وتطبيقا

الملخص:
أولى الإسلام موضوع الحوار أهمية فريدة في الإسلام، فلقد زخر القرآن الکريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة بالکثير من القصص التى تجسد هذا المعنى، فهو أفضل طرق الإقناع الذي ينبع من ذات الإنسان، کما أنه أساس الإيمان النابع من داخل الإنسان والذي لا يمکن أن يفرض عليه فرضاً من الخارج، استخدم القرآن الکريم مبدأ الحوار کوسيلة ناجحة في توضيح المواقف وهداية العقول، والتدرج بالحجة التي تحترم کرامة الإنسان وتعلي من شأن عقله، أما الرسول ﷺ فقد کان أفضل من استخدم أسلوب الحوار وعرف أهميته ووظيفته. لذا کان للحوار في الإسلام ضوابط وأرکان وآداب؛ فالحوار ينبغي أن يکون مُمنهجاً بالحکمة متصفاً بالموعظة الحسنة، فلا ينبغي أن يکون الحوار أهوجاً دون أسس وقواعد وضوابط، وإلا انقلبت نتائجه ولم يؤت ثماره، کما يجب أن يکون الحوار باستخدام الأسلوب الحسن بعيداً عن العنف والتشکيک، الهدف من البحث: المتأمل في الواقع المعاصر وما فيه من هجمات شرسة على الإسلام، يدرک أنه يتحتم على کل مسلم أن يکون له دوره في مواجهة تلک الهجمات، ولا تأتي المواجهة إلا عن طريق قوة الحجة وصحة البرهان وسلامة العرض والبيان والفکر، کما أن الحوار يسهم في إعادة العلاقات الاجتماعية إلى طريق السلامة، وفي تأصيل المحبة والاحترام بين الناس لخلق عالم إنساني يقوم على المحبة والاحترام فيما بينهم. لذا فنحن في حاجة مستمرة لبيان أهمية الحوار في الفکر الإسلامي، وکيف يمکن الوصول إلى الحوار المنطقي الممنهج؟ وما هي ضوابط الحوار مع الآخر؟ وفي هذا البحث إن شاء الله تعالى نتناول بالعرض والتحليل ضوابط وأرکان الحوار في الإسلام من خلال دراسة موجزة وفق المنهج الإسلامي الذي کان أول منهج علمي عقلي يدعو إلى الحوار والجدال بالتي هي أحسن.

Abstract:    
 Islam has given dialogue a unique interest, as the Quran and the purified Sunnah are full of lots of stories that respect such meaning as dialogue is the best way of persuasion which springs from the inner soul of man as he can't be forced. The Quran used the principle of dialogue as a successful means to clarify situations and to guide brains and gradually gives a proof which respects man's dignity and mind. As for the prophet, peace be upon him, he was the best that used dialogue and knew its role and importance. Thus, dialogue in Islam had regulations, pillars and decency as it should have a wise approach that is characterized by good advice as it should not be rash without pillars or rules; else its results would be reversed and it would be fruitless. Dialogue should use good style and be away from doubt and violence.   The aim of the research: One who speculates in the recent time and what it contains from fierce attacks on Islam, will realize that every Muslim has a role in facing such attacks and such confrontation does not come but through strong and valid proof of conception. Also, dialogue contributes to reshaping social relationships to safety which in its turn deepens intimacy and respect among people to create a world that is built on love and respect.  Accordingly, we are in a continuous need to show the importance of dialogue in the Islamic conception. How to reach such logical dialogue? And what are the regulations of dialogue with others? In this research, God willing, we will analyse and show the regulations and pillars of dialogue in slam through a brief study according to the Islamic curriculum which was the first scientific one that calls for dialogue and debate in a decent way.
