Abstract:
Research contains the following: 1- Controls to deny legal facts and what they are? 2- Division of negation, ways to benefits from it, and distinguishing it from what is suspected. 3- The relationship of denial of legal facts with the sciences of logic, language and principles of Figh.  4- Negation of legal facts is related to argumental investigation. 5- Negation came on the legal facts, on the ruling, doing and acceptence and its impact. 6- Doctrines of Fundamentalists in the denial of facts and their impact on the Figh branches.
