تَعَقُّــبَاتُ النُّـوَيـْريِّ عـلى الجَــعْبريِّ في الأصول من خلال شَرْحَيْهِمَا على الطيبة والشاطبية (جمـعًا ودراسةً )

الملخص:
تأثّـرَ الإمامُ النويريّ کثيراً في شرحه على طيبة النشر بالإمام الجعبريّ فيما کتبه في «کنز المعاني في شرح حرز الأماني»، واقتبس منه کثيراً من النصوص، ووافقه في عدد کبير من الآراء، وکلُّ ذلک لم يمنع الإمامَ النويريّ من تعقُّب الإمام الجعبريّ ونقده ومخالفته فيما رأى أن الصواب قد جانب الإمام الجعبريّ فيه، وسوف تتعرض هذه الدراسة هذه التعقُّبات، واضعةً إيّاها تحت مجهر البحث العلميّ؛ لتصل في خاتمتها إلى عدة نتائج، لعل أهمّها: هل کان الإمام النويري مُحِقِّاً وعلى صواب في تعقُّباته على الإمام الجعبريّ؟ أم أنّ الإمام الجعبريّ کان هو المصيب؟ وقد تکوّن هذا البحث من مقدِّمة وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة. فأما المقدمة: فتحدّثتُ فيها عن أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب الکتابة فيه، وهدف البحث وخطته ومنهجه، والإجراءات التي سلکتها في معالجة هذا الموضوع. وأما التمهيد: فجعلته للتعريف بإيجاز بالإمامين الجعبريّ والنويري، وکتابيْهما. وجاء المبحث الأول بعنوان: «تعقّبات النويريّ على الجعبريّ في أبواب الأصول»، وفيه مطلبان: الأول: التعقّبات الجوهرية. الثاني: التعقُّبات الاصطلاحية أو الشکلية.وأما المبحث الثاني فهو بعنوان: «تعقّبات النويريّ على الجعبريّ في سور الفَرْشِ»، وفيه مطلبان: الأول: التعقّبات الجوهرية. الثاني: التعقُّبات الاصطلاحية الشکلية. ثم الخاتمة، وفيها أهم النتائج التي تمخّض عنها البحث، وکشاف للمصادر، وآخرللموضوعات.

The Reviews of Al-Nuwairi for Al-ja’bri through their commentary on Al-Tayybeh and Shatibiyyah

Abstract:
Imam al-Nuwairi was greatly influenced by his explanation of the good publishing of Imam al-Jabari in what he wrote in “Treasure of Meanings in Explaining the Scores of Wishes”, and he quoted many texts from him and agreed with him in a large number of opinions, and all of that did not prevent Imam Al-Nuwairi from tracking and criticizing Imam al-Jabari That the correctness was made by the Imam Al-Jabari in it, and this study will expose these obstacles, placing them under the microscope of scientific research; To conclude its conclusion to several results, perhaps the most important of them: Was Imam Al-Nuwairi correct and correct in his trackings on Imam al-Jabari? Or was Imam Al-Jabari the one who was right?This research consisted of an introduction, a preamble, two papers, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: I talked about it about the importance of the topic, the reasons for writing about it, the purpose of the research, its plan and methodology, and the procedures that I took in addressing this topic.As for the preamble: I made it to briefly introduce the two Imam Al-Jabari and Al-Nouari, and their books. And the first topic came under the title: “Tracks Al-Nuwairi on Al-Jabari in the Chapters of Fundamentals”, and it contains two requirements: The first: the material trackbacks. The second: conventional or formal trackbacks. As for the second topic, it is entitled: “Tracks by Al-Nuwairi over Al-Jabari in the Wall of the Brushes”, and it contains two requirements: The first: the material trackbacks. Second: formal formal track. Then the conclusion, and the most important results of the research, a list of sources, and another for the topics.
