المقاصد الشرعية للعبادات

الملخص:
اشتهر في کتب الفقه والأصول أن ( الأصل في العبادات التعبد ) وقد فهم الکثيرون من هذه القاعدة أن العبادات في الإسلام تعبدية محضة بمعنى أنها خالية من المقاصد والحِکم والأسرار، وأنها تؤخذ على ظاهرها وتطبق کما هي ، دون نظر أو مراعاة لمعانيها ومقاصدها . ولکن الصواب خلاف ذلک ، فإن للعبادات مقاصد وغايات نبيلة ، و هذا البحث  يبين مقاصد أهم العبادات وهي : الطهارة ، الصلاة، الزکاة ، الصوم ، الاعتکاف ، الحج والعمرة.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مقاصد هذه العبادات وأسرارها حتى يتوخاها المسلم ويراعيها عند إقامة هذه العبادات التي تعد أهم أرکان الإسلام ورکائزه الأساسية ، ومن أهدافه أيضا بيان محاسن الشريعة الإسلامية ،  وربط الأحکام بمقاصدها.
The religious purposes of the worship
The summary:
It is common at the books of turis prudence (fiqh) and its rules that the base of worship is devotion .many people have understoden from this rule that worship in  Islam are just devotional one. It means it has not purposes or oims and they are taken from their text and are practiced as they are without taking in consideration their meanings and purposes .
But the right thing differs from this. The worship has nobel purposes .this research shows the purposes of the most important worship they are purification (tahara) ' prayer (salah) zakat ' fasting (Elsyam) ' seclusion in the mosque ' pilgrimage (hajj) and minor pilgrimage.
This research aims at showing the purposes of these worship to make the muslim aware during the performance of this  worship which are considered the most important pillars of Islam and the main rules .one of the aims of This research is showing the advantages of the Islamic shariah and join it aims and purposes.
