ملخص البحث
   يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان وتوضيح مصير أطفال المشرکين في الدار الآخرة، فإنها من المسائل التي اختلف فيها الناس قديمًا وحديثًا ووسعوا فيها الکلام، واضطربت أقوال العلماء وتعددت مذاهبهم، فقد بلغت عدد المذاهب فيها إلى عشرة مذاهب تقريبًا، طولت في تفصيلها الفِرَق الإسلامية، فتحرک العزم لدراسة هذه القضية الهامة، فجاء هذا البحث بفضل الله تعالى ومعونته سبحانه.
   والمنهج المستخدم في البحث هو منهج استقرائي تحليلي، يتتبع قضايا هذا البحث، واستقرائها من مظانها، وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بها، ثم تحليل ودراسة ما تم استقراؤه وجمعه، للوصول إلى النتائج المرجوة من هذا البحث.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يکون البحث مکونًا من: مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثمانية مباحث، وخاتمة وفيها أهم نتائج البحث، ثم قائمة المصادر والمراجع.
ومن أهم نتائج البحث:
1- اختلف الناس في أولاد الکفار على أقوال، وأشهر هذه الأقوال ما يلي: أ-نهم في مشيئة الله تعالى. ب-أنهم في الجنة، قال النووي: وهو المذهب الصحيح الذي صار إليه المحققون. ج-أنهم من أهل النار. د-التوقف في أمرهم. هـ-أنهم تبع لآبائهم. و-أنهم خدم لأهل الجنة. ز-أنهم يمتحنون في الآخرة، بأن يدفع لهم نار فمن دخلها کانت عليه بردًا وسلامًا.
2- سبب الخلاف في هذه المسألة اختلاف الآثار فيها؛ وإلا فإن الأصل أن غير المکلف لا يؤاخذه الله، وأنه غير محاسب على معاصيه، وأنه لا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى. 
3- أن أرجح الأقوال في مسألة أطفال المشرکين: أنهم في الجنة من غير اختبار ونحوه؛ لصحة وقوة أدلة هذا الرأي.
 
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to clarify and explain the fate of the children of the polytheists in the Hereafter. It is one of the issues in which people differed in the past and in modern times and in which they expanded their arguments. The words of the scholars and their doctrines were mixed. To study this important issue, this research came thanks to God Almighty and His help.
Because of the nature of the research necessitated that the research be composed of: introduction, preface, eight questions, conclusion, and the most important results of the research, then the list of sources and references.
The most important results of the research:
1-The people differed in the children of infidels on the sayings, and the most famous of these statements are:
 A - Nhm in the will of God.
B - that they are in Paradise, Al-Nawawi said: It is the correct doctrine that the investigators have become.
C - they are from the people of fire.
D – Have no  provisions.
E - They followed their parents. And
F- they served the people of Paradise.
G - They are tested in the Hereafter, to pay them fire, it is cold and peaceful.
2-The reason for disagreement in this matter is the difference in the effects; otherwise, the original that is not taxed by God, and that he is not accountable for his sins, and that does not cherish the burden of another button.
3-The most likely statement on the issue of the children of polytheists: that they are in Paradise without test and the like; for the validity and strength of evidence of this opinion.
