استيعاب کل الأحاديث المتعلقة بحلي النساء مما اختلف فيها العلماء.
الدراسة الحديثية لکل الأحاديث النبوية وآثار الصحابة في زکاة الحلي .
بيان الجانب التاريخي في التدرج التشريعي لأحکام الحلي بالأدلة و البراهين.
جمع کل الأدلة النقلية – أحاديث نبوية و آثار الصحابة - للقائلين بوجوب زکاة الحلي أو للقائلين بعدمه  ، مع مناقشة هذه الأدلة قبولاً أو رداً.
التوفيق بين کل الأحاديث المتعلقة بالحُلي بما ينفي عنها الاضطراب .
الانتهاء إلى ترجيح قول القائلين بعدم الزکاة بعد تحرير جميع أدلة البحث.

Collect all the evidence for transport – jerusalm and companions-to say that zakaah on jewellery or argument, with a discussion of this evidence or received a response.
Reconcile all the chatter on the ornaments to negate her disorder.
