 تهدف الدراسة إلى: تحرير الإشکال في سن السيدة عائشة " عند الزواج والبناء من النبي ﷺ، وإبراز الفکر الإبداعي الوسطي لأئمة الأزهر وشيوخه في مواجهة قضية زواج القاصرات، وربطه بزواج النبي ﷺ من عائشة".
وکان الغرض من الدراسة :الرد على المتربصين بالإسلام وبالحضارة الإسلامية فعلى الجميع أن ينتبه لهذا الفريق الذي نشط الآن للحديث عن الإسلام وتشويهه في أذهان الشباب، وفضح نواياهم بإثارة موضوع زواج النبي ﷺ الذي تم في زمانه تحت غطاء اجتماعي ومحاولة بعثه من جديد وتشويهه، وهو استدلال باطل ، إذ أن النبي ﷺ لم يدخل بعائشة" إلا بعد بلوغها مبلغ النساء، مما يدل على أن هؤلاء يحملون في صدورهم الضغينة للإسلام .
کما أني أردت توعية أولياء الأمور بعواقب تزويج بناتهم في عمر مبکرة وأن ذلک يخضع بحسب الظروف في المکان والزمان.فما کان سائغا في زمان قد يکون منکرا في غيره.  
وجاءت الدراسة في مبحثين :الأول: ايراد الشبهات الواردة بالطعن  في سن عائشة " تسع سنوات عند زاوجها بالنبي ﷺ والرد عليها . الثاني : موقف الشرع من زواج القاصرات. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
                        
 
 
              
Abstract

      The study aims to :liberate the problems in the age of Mrs. Aisha, when marrying and building from the Prophet." It is related to the marriage of the Prophet Peace be upon him to Aisha.  And highlight the creative thinking of Al-Azhar imams and elders in the face of the issue of underage marriage. And his association with the Prophet's marriage to Aisha God please her.
      The purpose of the study was to respond to those who are trapped in Islam and Islamic civilization, everyone should pay attention to this team, which is now active to talk about Islam and distort it in the minds of young people. He exposed their intentions by raising the subject of the Prophet's marriage, which was under his social cover and attempted to resurrect and distort it, a false inference, since the Prophet did not enter Aisha until after reaching the amount of women. This shows that they hold in their chests the hatred of Islam.
      I also wanted to Raising the awareness of parents of the consequences of marrying their daughters at an early age and that this is subject to the circumstances in place and time.
