الحمد لله رب العالمين ، والصلاة والسلام على النبي الأمين صلى الله عليه وسلم . أما بعد
فهذا البحث يهدف إلى التأصيل لعلم القواعد في العقيدة الإسلامية عند المعتزلة ، وذلک لتستفيد منه کما استفادت العلوم الإسلامية الأخرى منه في : ضبط أحکامها ، وتسهيل الإلمام بمسائلها.
 لهذا جاء هذا البحث نواة لجمع قواعد المعتزلة في الأمور المتعلقة بالعقل مبينا کيف بنى المعتزلة مذهبهم على العقل ، وکيف طوعوا مناهج الاستدلال الأخرى لخدمة هذا الأصل ، وکان عنوان البحث  " القواعد العقدية المتعلقة بالعقل عند المعتزلة دراسة تأصيلية
وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة على النحو التالي:
المقدمة
الفصل الأول: مفهوم القواعد العقدية ، وتاريخها.
الفصل الثاني: القواعد العقدية المتعلقة بطريق المعرفة عند المعتزلة.
الفصل الثالث : القواعد المتعلقة بالحسن والقبح عند المعتزلة.
الخاتمة : لقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها.
- أن المتکلمين عموما - ومنهم المعتزلة - لم يهتموا بوضع مؤلفات مستقلة في القواعد العقدية
- أن القواعد العقدية عند المعتزلة مبنية على تقديم العقل والاعتماد عليه بخلاف غيرهم من أهل السنة الذين بنوا قواعدهم على الکتاب والسنة ، مما يؤکد على أن العقل هو الرکيزة الأساسية في فلسفة المعتزلة Abstract
 
Research Title: Rules of Doctrine Related to the mindof  Mu'tazilis
(An Original Study)
 
Praise be to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet .
To Commence :
This research aims at originating the science of rules in Islamic doctrine of Sunnis to employ it, as done before in other Sharia sciences, in setting the controls and facilitating acquiring knowledge of its issues.
This research is the beginning of collecting Mu'tazili rules in matters related to the mind, indicating how the Mu'tazilites built their doctrine on the mind, and how they volunteered other methods of reasoning to serve this origin.
Rules of Doctrine Related to the mind of  Mu'tazilis (An Original Study)
The research included an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion as follows:
Introduction:I mentioned the reasons for choosing the research
Chapter One: The Concept of Doctrine Rules, and its History.
Chapter Two: Doctrine Rules Concerning the Way of Knowledge of Mu'tazilites.
ChapterThird: Rules relating to good and ugliness of Mu'tazilites.
Conclusion : The research has reached several results, the most important of which are:
 * that Mutakallimeen in general - including Mu'tazilis - did not care to put independent Books in the rules of the doctrine.
 
* The doctrinal rules of Mu'tazilis are based on the provision of reason and rely on it unlike other Ahell Assunis who built their rules on Quran and Sunnah, which confirms that the mind is the basic pillar in the philosophy of Mu'tazilis..
